Broadband Plans

1. Each mailbox is 10MB in size and you can send emails up to 2MB per email.
2. Superfast broadband consumer grade residential internet service. Actual speeds vary and may be affected by your location and equipment, the source of your download and the level of internet traffic.
3. Not available in all areas nor to all customers. ADSL2+ is available only to eligible iPrimus residential customers who are located in the area of an iPrimus ADSL2+ enabled exchange and are directly connected to the iPrimus network. iPrimus cannot at present provide this service on a Fast Transfer or to customers transferring from networks other than Telstra.
4. Must be bundled with an iPrimus Value, Saver or Family home phone plan under a 12 or 24 month contract (except Big Kahuna which is only available on a 24 month contract). If you cancel or transfer the telephone, iPrimus may suspend or terminate your ADSL2+ service.
5. Available only to customers who have an existing telephone service. (If your phone is with another carrier, you need to transfer it to iPrimus).
6. It is your responsibility to check the terms of any existing contract you may have with another supplier. If you are transferring a service to iPrimus, there may be consequences under an existing contract.

8. No excess data charge; speed will be limited to dialup speed for balance of month if either peak or off-peak data allowance is exceeded.
9. You can upgrade your iPrimus ADSL2+ plan without upgrade fee.

11. If you are an existing iPrimus broadband and telephony customer, you can upgrade to iPrimus ADSL2+ for a 12 or 24 month term (except Big Kahuna which is only available on a 24 month term), without set up charge.
12. You need an iPrimus approved ADSL2+ capable modem.
13. Direct Debit: A $2.50 administration fee applies to accounts not paid by direct debit.
14. Internet customers paying by direct debit will receive bills online through their iPrimus Account Toolbox. Internet customers paying by direct debit who request a paper bill by mail will be charged $2.50 per bill.
15. Minimum cost (ADSL2+ Starter Plan for example) 12 X $32.95 broadband + 12 X $27.40 telephone line rental = $724.20 plus calls plus modem, if required, plus set up charge if applicable. Early termination fees apply.
16. $9.95 delivery fee for modem.

DSLPLUS is available to selected new iPrimus broadband customers, located within iPrimus DSL coverage areas, under a 24 month contract, when bundled with one of the following iPrimus home phone plans: Primus Saver, Primus Value and Primus Family. Total minimum cost (DSLPLUS Starter Plan for example) 24 X $29.95 broadband + 24 X $27.40 telephone line rental = $1,375.60 plus calls plus modem if required.
#Connection speed will be reduced to dial up speed for the remainder of the month if data download exceeds monthly data allowance.

Each of the ADSL Light, Everyday, Intense and Ultra plans is a Flexible Plan, which means there is no change fee for changing between these plans. $45.00 change fee applies for changing to Starter Plan from a Flexible Plan.
