Missed Call Service - is a free service that allows callers to leave a return contact number which is then sent directly to your phone in an SMS message summarising the time, date, and number of times they called.

Voicemail - a network voice message storage service with no set-up or monthly access charges. Callers can leave a recorded voice message free of charge, which you can later listen to for just 11c per 30 seconds. 

SurePage - Diverts unanswered calls to an operator who will answer the call on your behalf, take a message, and send it directly to your phone in an SMS message.  Charges include a monthly access fee of $5.50, diversion costs of 5.5c per 30 seconds, and 66c per message sent.

Short Message Service (SMS) - a convenient and easy to use text messaging solution charged at only 20c per message, when sent within Australia.

Multimedia Message Service (MMS) - a messaging solution that allows you to send text, sound, images and even short video clips to a mobile phone or email address.  Sent within Australia, Standard MMS are 50c per message.

Mobile Phone Insurance - a policy that covers your handset at home, at work, even when you're overseas. For a low monthly premium of $7.15, billed directly to your mobile phone account, you can rest assured that you are not without you mobile phone for longer than necessary.  Additional State Stamp Duty charges apply.  $100 Excess is applicable to each and every claim.  Full policy details available on request.
